Die Cleaner 44
Aluminum Etchant Concentrate
DIE CLEANER 44 is a highly concentrated, heavy-duty, liquid cleaner used in etching and cleaning of aluminum extrusions and aluminum extrusion dies.
This biodegradable, highly alkaline cleaner is particularly well suited for the aluminum extrusion and forging industries. DIE CLEANER 44 has the capacity to hold tremendous amounts of dissolved aluminum in solution to prevent scaling or drop out of heavy sludge in the processing tank. By doing so, Die Cleaner 44 can extend the bath life of the operating solution 3-4 times longer than similar products, cutting down on change outs.
Die Cleaner 44 leaves the surface of an etched aluminum extrusion with a very pleasing matte satin finish after etching.

DeSmut 51
A Non-Chromated Deoxidizer/Desmutter for Aluminum & Aluminum Alloys
DESMUT 51 is a highly concentrated and effective liquid non-chromated chemical deoxidizer/desmutter especially designed for desmutting & deoxidizing all wrought and extruded aluminum alloys. DESMUT 51 solutions completely remove smut and alloying constituents left behind by chemical etching or etch cleaning. The surface is precisely prepared for spot welding, anodizing or application of a chemical conversion coating.
DESMUT 51 has an exceptionally long bath/tank life before it needs changing out.
DESMUT 51 has been considered the industry standard deoxidizer/desmutter in the aluminum extrusion and forging industries.

Eco-friendly solvent for vegetable oil resin cleanup
An eco-friendly solvent designed for industrial cleaning applications and vegetable oil resin cleanup. It is specially formulated to cling to vertical surfaces, making it the right choice when retention time is required.
When tested against 22 competitor products formulated for this application, Amerisolve 23G was the only product successful in removing polymerized oil. Competitive sample results were unimpressive; caustic cleaners discolored or dulled painted surfaces and were completely ineffective against removing polymerized oils.
